Bart Leach left the College of Law in Guildford with a commendation and then spent a year working as a paralegal in the City. After successful practice as a solicitor, Bart became a Partner in 2010 and is now Charsley Harrison’s Senior Partner and heads up the Commercial Property department.
Since 2000 he has lived and worked in and around Windsor dealing with a wide range of Property and Company Commercial matters for private and corporate clients. These include, but are not limited to, mergers and acquisitions, partnership agreements and asset and share sales for a range of clients from local businesses to well-known brands.
On the property side Bart also undertakes a range of commercial and residential secured lending work and acts for many local national and international businesses, be they Landlord or Tenant, as well as various developers, dealing with site acquisitions and plot sales. Bart can advise on business tenancies including new leases, lease renewals, assignments and disposals.
Bart is a Listening Volunteer with the Samaritans in his spare time.
