She specialises in landlord and tenant matters, including the drafting and negotiation of leases, subleases, lease renewals, rent deposit deeds and licences, acting for both landlords and tenants.
She also specialises in all types of residential property transactions, including the sale and purchase of high value freehold and leasehold properties, new-build plot purchases and lease extensions. Fozia also deals with transfers of equity, re-mortgages and right-to-buy purchases.
