With over 25 years experience specialising in Family Law Nicola has extensive and comprehensive knowledge of family law enabling her to advise and her clients clearly and succinctly and prepare the required documentation on all family issues including :

divorce – whether defended or undefended;
children matters including disputes between parents, contact with Grandparents, schooling issues, internal relocation (within the UK) and external relocation (outside of the jurisdiction) arising from separation;
matters arising between couples who are not married;
financial matters arising out of separation and in particular in high net worth financial matters;

Her lengthy career has provided her with extensive experience in dealing with complex, technical and multi asset and jurisdictional financial issues arising from a relationship breakdown.

She can advise upon and prepare pre-nuptial and post nuptial agreements, separation and cohabitation agreements, financial Orders and parenting agreements.
Her career history has been built on a solid understanding of the needs of her clients and provides friendly and an approachable service.

She looks to secure a fair conclusion for her clients preferably through negotiated settlements but where this is not possible through all stages of contested Court proceedings.

Nicola can advise and provide representation in alternative dispute resolution options including Arbitration, Private FDR’s, advice alongside mediation and early neutral evaluations.
She is a member of Resolution.
