We understand this can be a difficult time. That’s why we offer clear pricing and a sensitive approach. Let us handle the paperwork – you focus on what matters.

Our fees typically range from £3,000 to £6,500 + VAT, depending on the complexity of the estate. For example:

  • A simple estate (one beneficiary, no property) will fall at the lower end.
  • An estate with a property, multiple bank accounts, and several beneficiaries may be at the higher end.

Our quoted fee applies to estates where:

  • There is a valid will
  • There is no more than one property
  • There are no more than 5 bank/building society accounts
  • There are up to 4 beneficiaries
  • There are no disputes or claims against the estate
  • No inheritance tax is due and no full HMRC account is required

Disbursements (third-party costs) are not included. These may include:

  • Probate application fee: £300
  • Land Registry fee: £7 per title register
  • Additional copies of the Grant: £1.50 each

We handle these payments on your behalf for a seamless process.

On average, we complete the full probate process within six months:

  • Obtaining the Grant: up to 16 weeks
  • Collecting assets: 4–6 weeks
  • Distributing assets: 2–4 weeks
