Rita qualified in 2012. Since qualifying Rita has worked exclusively in Employment Law acting for both employers and employees. Her work deals with both contentious and non-contentious matters.
Rita is able to advise on all employment matters including; bonus disputes, negotiated exits, restrictive covenants, redundancies. discrimination, whistleblowing, breach of contract and unfair dismissal.
Rita is also able to draft and advise on staff handbooks, policies, service level agreements, contracts of employment and settlement agreements. She has acted for a number of clients in the Employment Tribunal.
In her spare time, Rita plays badminton and is an avid traveller.
