Disbursements
Disbursements (third-party costs) are not included. These may include: Probate application fee (£300), Land Registry fee (£7 per title register), Additional copies of the Grant (£16.00 each). We handle these payments on your behalf for a seamless process.
On average, estates that fall within this range are dealt with within 6 months. Typically, obtaining the grant of probate takes up to 16 weeks. Collecting assets then follows, which can take between 4-6 weeks. Once this has been done, we can distribute the assets, which normally takes 2-4 weeks.
